PLUS! Do you know what this means??? Continue reading
I am really, really excited about this one, guys! I LOVE chili [Jon makes a kickass chili!] but in recent months I’ve made Stew Meat Chili, Taco Chili, and of course good old fashioned regular chili. But I’ve been aching for something new. So after I did my Pantry Staples post I took a long look at what I had in there, decided what I could put to use, and created this recipe! I hope you love it! We had this Turkey Sausage and Black Bean Chili for dinner this past Monday, and it was great! Plus, what better than putting ingredients in the slow cooker and coming home to a fragrant aroma of delicious proportions??
Adobo Chicken with Salsa Verde is on the menu today, and it was DELICIOUS! I am a through and through lover of all things Spanish, Mexican, and Peruvian so this dish was just wonderful. It was also a lot of tinkering to get the salsa verde exactly how I wanted it! [Not too spicy, not bland] But I think it came out exactly how I had envisioned!
Someone, [that’s me!] forgot to take an ingredients picture, but don’t worry, as always you can find everything you need in the recipe card at the end of the post! Also, in case you didn’t know you can SAVE and PRINT the recipes from that recipe card!
